We offer FREE shipping on all orders within India.
Your order will be shipped fully insured, so you can shop with confidence.

Please Note:
We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting or signing for delivery.

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of placement.

  • For customised items, please allow up to 10 days for dispatch.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs clearance, or adverse weather conditions.

🌍 International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Your order will be dispatched through trusted global carriers, including:

🔒 Insurance

All ZAPPHIRE shipments are insured until delivered.

A signature is required upon delivery. Once signed for, the responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

If you’re sending a gift, please ensure the recipient is available to sign. A signature at the address constitutes proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order.

💸 Taxes & Duties

  • Domestic Orders (India): Taxes and duties are included in the product price.

  • International Orders:

    • Orders ship from India.

    • Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are charged by your local customs authority upon arrival.

    • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

    • We cannot estimate these charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.

⏱️ Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Standard Shipping: 15–21 business days*

  • International Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

*Standard international delivery may take up to 28 days for some countries due to customs clearance.

🔁 Returns & Exchange Fee

We accept returns and exchanges under our Return Policy.
